- Marketing & Transactional Messages: Through our online services, you may opt-in to receive emails, text messages, or WhatsApp notifications. These include order confirmations, “out for delivery” alerts, and promotional offers.
3. Sharing with Third Parties (Delivery Partners)
To get our products to your doorstep, we must share your name, contact number, and address with:
- Our in-house delivery personnel.
- Third-party last-mile delivery providers (e.g., local logistics partners). These parties are strictly prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than completing the delivery of your Taaze order.

As Taaze operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis:
- We do not collect, store, or process credit card numbers, bank account details, or any other sensitive financial data on our servers.
- Your financial privacy is maintained as no digital transaction occurs directly on our platform.

Communications from Taaze may contain information which is confidential or privileged. If you are not the intended recipient:
- Notify Taaze immediately by e-mail or telephone and delete the communication.
